Better Than Brand Ambassadors
The experiential marketing industry is populated with all levels of assistant’s. From producers, directors, project managers and brand representatives, every group collaborates with one common goal when producing a live activation. One of the most integral roles on the entire team is what we at roots³ productions have trademarked as “Brand Models.”
The term ‘Brand Models’ derived from previous efforts to land the perfect brand ambassadors for our client’s initiatives. After extreme effort, our team realized that the standard or common term used in our industry of ‘Brand Ambassador’ gave our clients the wrong impression as to what to expect. Our Brand Models are not only highly trained and experienced in marketing and sales, but also are thoroughly screened to ensure each facet of an activation is operating at the highest level.
Our work is never mediocre and therefore our boots on the ground will never be mediocre. From the beginning of a campaign, we question our client’s goals, motives and overall needs to connect the perfect brand model(s) with said campaign. We execute a thorough search through our internal database based on availability, strengths, gender and any other requirements our client may outline. Once we have confirmed our ground team, we implement our specific, proprietary training process to help our brand models study and memorize our client’s key talking points and any logistics and/or direction needed to perform during the activation.
While the pre-training and screening process may seem extensive, we must always be represented in the brightest light and more importantly create an experience on behalf of our client that evokes an emotional connection between the brand and consumer – and this all begins with the face of the activation, our brand models.
Model Presentation Concept
Further, as our brand models are confirmed we create a visual presentation of the team that we submit to our client for final approval. As soon as our client approves the brand models, uniform sizes are shared to certify that the team appears perfectly polished.
There is a constant need for brand models, brand representatives and brand ambassadors in the experiential marketing industry, but it is our revolutionary system that alleviates any concern of producing an activation with a simply adequate team. There is nothing simply adequate about a roots³ productions activation or campaign and thus we will never settle on a pedestrian execution by our production team, which all begins with our exclusive Brand Models.
